HOSPITALITY COORDINATOR (Part-Time 10-12 hours per week)
This position serves the congregation by coordinating food and hospitality so that everyone feels important and welcome.
Primary functions:
*Providing a Christ-centered, professional, and hospitable experience for all guests and members.
*Organizing and set-up of food service for Sunday morning coffee fellowship, Wednesday fellowship dinner, and other church, meeting, and ministry events.
*Recruiting volunteers to assist with set-up for servicing and clean-up of dishes and kitchen.
*Working with the Director of Ministries to plan, prepare, and make appropriate purchases for regular hospitality needs.
*Assisting with administrative functions.
*Facilitating a positive, helpful response to expressed needs of ministry teams and staff.
*Keeping the kitchen in proper organization and working order.
